My chart isn't showing on the product page
Check these in order:
- The chart is published. A Draft chart never shows, even when it's assigned. Check Status on the chart's page.
- The chart is assigned to the product. Under Assignments, the product must match a product, tag, collection, product type or vendor, or the chart must use Apply to all products (fallback). With no match the app shows nothing on that product, so shoppers never see an empty chart.
- The block is in your theme. Click Open theme editor on the chart's page, then Save in the theme editor. To add it by hand, go to Online Store, then Themes, then Customize, open a product page, add a block and choose Size chart.
- Your theme supports app blocks. The block needs an Online Store 2.0 theme, such as Dawn. Older vintage themes don't support app blocks.
The wrong chart is showing
A product shows one chart. When more than one matches, the most specific assignment wins, in this order:
- Product
- Tag
- Collection
- Product type
- Vendor
- Apply to all products (fallback)
If two charts match at the same level, the most recently updated chart wins.
To fix it, assign the chart you want at a more specific level, such as directly to the product, or remove the broader assignment.
The cm/inch values look wrong
- A value doesn't convert: the switch only converts plain numbers and ranges such as 54-55. A cell with a unit or a stray character counts as text and stays as written, so re-enter it as a plain number.
- Every value is off: check that the chart's Unit system matches the numbers you entered.
- There's no switch: tick Allow shoppers to toggle between cm and inches on the chart's page. Footwear, international, jewelry, bra and bikini templates start with it off.
The selected size isn't highlighted
The chart highlights the row whose first cell matches the name of the selected variant's option or title. If your variants say Small and the chart says S, nothing is highlighted. Use the same names in both places.
A save is refused because of my plan
The size recommender, images, videos, tabs and conversion blocks need a paid plan, and each plan has a chart limit. Upgrade under Billing, or remove the block or turn off the recommender and save again. Charts already on your store keep showing.
