Where your data lives
The app runs on Render in Oregon, USA. Its database is on Microsoft Azure in Canada Central. For every service involved, see Data residency & sub-processors.
What we store
- Your store's address and the access token Shopify gives us at install, in a database encrypted at rest.
- Your charts, their earlier versions, their assignments and your settings.
- Anonymous daily counts for each chart: views, popup opens and suggested sizes.
What we don't store
- Shoppers' names, emails, addresses, orders or payment details.
- Body measurements. Find my size works out the size in the shopper's browser, and their measurements are never sent to our servers. We only count which size was suggested.
When you uninstall
Your store's data is hidden immediately and permanently deleted 48 hours later. Our Privacy Policy has the full details, including how we handle Shopify's privacy requests.
